Slow Food is a huge movement based on how you live, how you eat and how you think. SlowFoodUsa.org states that it “is a global, grassroots movement with thousands of members around the world that links the pleasure of food with a commitment to community and the environment.”
USA Today says that Slow Food is everything that Fast Food isn’t… so are you Slow Food or Fast Food??
Give yourself one week. Don’t do it today – plan it and play with it. Try to live the Slow Food way for one week. I have a feeling if you do, you may never go back. Think about homemade organic tomato sauce on a fresh pizza crust, covered in raw goat cheese, organic spinach and your own fresh herbs. Imagine it cooking. Imagine the first bite. Be Slow… Be Slow Food.

What you doing today?
So I’ve discovered some very interesting things online – maybe because as I have been running my brain is becoming clearer. One of my new favorite websites is GOOP. Even though I am not always so fond of Gwyneth – she delivers a very fun site. I did a workout of Tracy Anderson’s from GOOP and let’s just say that my arse will thank her later. GOOP has a fantastic recipes section (Make). Today, I discovered an incredible Shrimp Baja Taco recipe. Who knew Macrobiotical Gwyneth loves shrimp. You have to check it out. http://www.goop.com/newsletter/86
Now – the workouts can be found in the DO section. You’ll love Tracy Anderson although I am not so sure about her 3lb weight limit so we’ll see what I think later. You’ll love the post where Gwyneth says she was tired of her “saddlebags and post-pregnancy Shar-Pei-like stomach”… ROFLMAO – see, we all feel this way. It’s just life. But take a bit of time and try the great workout here http://goop.com/newsletter/16/
Much love friends. We’ll see you back here soon.
