The next phase is the ēNDURANCE Phase. In this phase you will increase your calories a little, but you will be using some fuel based foods to really be able to kick up the burn in your workouts. This three week program will build on the LēAN muscles you’ve built and give your lungs a chance to shine. You’ll start building on your exercise program by adding our favorite HIIT workout to your weekly workout plan three times a week. The better capacity your lungs have, the longer life you’ll most likely lead. Plus, when you go back to just your regular workouts, your body will be thrilled at how easy the workouts have become.
Our final Phase of the CLēN program is our maintenance program that we call NOURēSH. This is nourishing your body with the CLēN Eating Soulutions that you have learned to keep your body running in the healthiest manner for the rest of your life.
This program is not like any other program you’ve probably done. We don’t focus on calories – other than to increase your food intake during the ēNDURANCE Phase.
