A friend of mine works with a company called, It Works. I wanted to try her wraps. So… are these wraps magic? of course NOT! They are not a magic weight loss solution, and if that’s what you’re looking for, then you might want to just keep looking. I am already very active, but let’s face it, I’m 43. With menopause just around the corner I’ll take any additional assistance I can get in the “fat shrinking” department. The wrap comes ready to open and put on in the area you want, which of course for me is going to be the “meno-fat” that is so hard to get rid of around the middle.

I think that weight loss should always come first from diet and exercise. But you’ve seen it from shows the Extreme Home Makeover: Weight Loss Edition, or The Biggest Loser, losing weight leaves most of us with a little lose skin, or on our journey areas of fat that just won’t seem to budge. Despite my Turbo workouts (this was pictures from 90 days of fitness), the middle ground is the slowest area for me. And SLOW is annoying as can be!!

An essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants. Essential oils are also known as volatile oils, ethereal oils or aetherolea, or simply as the “oil of” the plant from which they were extracted, such as oil of clove. Peppermint Immunity Booster

1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Hemp Nut Milk (or rice, almond or coconut milk)
1/2 cup of Acai Juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 drops of peppermint essential oil
1 drop of cinnamon bark essential oil or 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
