This challenge depends heavily on the honor system and since I won’t see most of you on a daily basis, I am going to be taking your word at face value. You have to be accountable to yourself in order to have long term results, and this is the way to start by being accountable with someone else as your support.
You will do a daily food log and log your workouts in the Supergym. The nice part about that is you just add your program into the calendar and it tells you when you login what your workout is for the day. I will email you twice a week. Once will be a tip for the week, and the second will be based on your weekend email to me. I’ll be guiding you through the entire 90 Day process.

All of the info is very helpful and has helped me conclude that as a dietary supplement acai berry would be pretty good but no weight loss miracle. What stands out though is the difficulty people have with their banks – you are the customer and it is your money so why are the banks being difficult when you want something canceled – banks need to be more customer focused – what a pity we cant do without them.

For the first 30 days, most of the routines are just over 30 minutes. Not bad. So exercise shower and all in less than an hour. After the first 30 days, the exercises get longer. But by then, you should be seeing results, and you will justify going longer.
Don’t be afraid to modify the workout. I just can’t do the high-low planks in the Max Interval Circuit video. There’s too much risk of re-injuring my wrist. So, instead, I do low plank punches as a substitute insanity dvd . Same muscle targets, just much less impact on my pansy-ass, fragile wrists. There are always lower impact alternatives to some of the more intense moves. Sometimes they provide those alternatives in the video, but other times you just have to figure it out for yourself.
Day 31 of insanity here, down 14.1 pounds, ran 5k yesterday, pushing harder. The workouts don’t get easier, but there is a huge sense of accomplishment every day as I fill in the workout calendar. Someone told me today that I look thinner, and I was very excited about it. I’m still thick, don’t get me wrong, but I’m getting there. Insanity has made me excited to get physical.
Don’t get me wrong this program works, but you have to be in VERY good shape to properly use this program. I’m 25, played college football and have been doing P90x for over a year. I LOVE IT. I had to live overseas for 6 weeks for business so I couldn’t exercise and stay in proper shape, so when I returned back I thought I decided to give Insanity a shot. It is like the football condition and stamina programs I used to do, but there are many limitations and problems that I came across such as: Cons1. Too much jumping. Expect to have to jump a lot, if you have problems with your knees and joints proceed with caution. 2. Not a lot of variety. Same stretches every day limits the flexibility and injury prevention to other muscles. Works your legs and core A LOT…not many exercise that work the arms, shoulders and back…3. More of a toner than a muscle builder. You don’t use any weights so if you wish to put some muscle on your frame go lift at the gym or do P90x instead.
