My “Why”… the reason I am a fitness coach

It’s time to change the way you think about yourself, and this could be the answer. When I was in my early twenties my dad came from back East to visit us. We never really saw him much and so it was nice, but it was odd. I could tell something was wrong, but what? Not too many months later he passed away from lung and lymphatic cancer. It was not a pleasant death. That was a changing point for me that defined who I am. When I had my daughter I found that I got a little lazy, and then I thought about what would happen to her if I went down a similar path. Ah Ha! Time to change. I make great changes in my life and got back to exercise and eating healthy – but my husband was not on board. I needed my dad, my daughter needs hers. So now he not only does P90 but he is a morning Shakeology drinker just like me. Health – it’s the defining key to our family to keep us together and healthy… what’s your why?
