These guys came over today to clean my carpets from a Groupon from Image Cleaning Systems. Talk about awesome. They are professional, fun, do the job right the first time and the lead guy is AMAZING! He’s obviously training a new guy and he’s easy going, sharing details, showing and leading by example… this is all of the qualities that you want to look for in a leader of your organization. There are seven top qualities that I look for in a leader: 1) a good leader has an exemplary character, 2) a good leader is enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as leader. 3) a good leader is confident. 4) a leader also needs to function in an orderly and purposeful manner in situations of uncertainty. 5) a good leaders is tolerant of ambiguity and remain calm, composed and steadfast to the main purpose. 6) a good leader as well as keeping the main goal in focus is able to think analytically,  and 7) a good leader is committed to excellence.

This guy had all of those qualities. Now you also have to remember that I was using a Groupon before moving for the new owners of my house, and he still talked me into a $25 upgrade to clean the traffic areas. I am not kidding you when I say that. This is a guy that is ready for success.

Don’t ever underestimate the chance you are being given at any moment. All roads lead to someone, and the more successful you are in any avenue in your life the more success you are going to see.
